Refunds:
Smart-Fit (we, us) provide a full refund on any goods supplied by us which is proved to be defective. To receive a full refund, please return the goods to us with an accompanying note explaining the defect encountered and stating your transaction ID or receipt number. Refund will be issued within 5 working days.

You can also return goods for any other reason than above and a refund will be issued , however a fee of 20% will be deducted from total value of the transaction to cover bank charges and our administrative costs. Please return the goods to us with an accompanying note explaining the reason for returning the goods and stating your transaction ID or receipt number. Refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering the goods or services and a refund will be issued, however a fee of 10% will be deducted from total value of the transaction to cover bank charges and our administrative costs.
